Managed operations for 7 retail stores, 150 wholesale accounts and customer services. Responsible for 70 staff. Implemented new brand strategy that included opening a new flagship store.
Adjusted product offering, reconfigured store layout and implemented sales training to increase customer flow, conversion rates and average transaction values to achieve sales growth. Rationalised wholesale network while maintaining wholesale sales levels. Oversaw tactical marketing activities to increase footfall including in-store events.
